APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Way Engineering offers apprenticeship opportunities for individuals interested in learning a trade. Throughout the program, you learn the various facets and complexities of the mechanical contracting industry while enjoying the rewards of knowledge and increased earnings. As you successfully complete each semester, your wages will increase.
CLASSROOM LEARNING
Classes are held weekly at a local trade association. The program follows the standard academic schedule, which is five years broken out into ten semesters.
ZERO DEBT
In order to set up our employees for success, Way Engineering covers any costs associated with the program including the cost of books.

ON THE JOB TRAINING
While enrolled, you will still be actively working in the field. This will allow real-life application of the tools and knowledge you are studying in the classroom.
EARN WHILE YOU LEARN
One of the best benefits of the program is that you are earning a stable income while training. Also, each semester that you successfully complete, your wages will increase.
