University of Texas M. D. Anderson Administrative Support Building

Way Engineering is the HVAC and Plumbing contractor for this new University of Texas M. D. Anderson facility.

The $18,000,000 contract will include ~25,000 gross square feet for a new data center along with mechanical systems to support N+1 redundancy.

Project will construct a shell and core of approximately 1,353,000 gross square feet.




Shell Administration Building

Shell Deer Park Administration Building
Deer Park, Texas

This project involves the construction of a new, 6-story, 172,000 square foot office building in Deer Park, Texas.  Way Engineering has the $3,400,000 HVAC and Plumbing contract for this project, that includes the supporting central plant.  The central plant contains two (2) 300-ton chillers, cooling towers, pumps, and boilers.

Metro Downtown Transit Center

METRO Downtown Transit Center & Administration Office Building
 Houston, Texas

As HVAC and Plumbing Contractor for the new METRO Downtown Transit Center & Administration Office Building project, Way Engineering furnished and installed the Central Plant, Air Conditioning, Heating and Plumbing Systems for this 14 Story, 380,000 square foot office building.  

The Mechanical Scope included furnishing and installing (3) Chillers, (2) Cooling Towers, (60) Air Handlers and miscellaneous equipment for 1250 tons of cooling and 1298 MBTUH Heating.  The Plumbing Scope of work included over 397 Plumbing fixtures.  Our work on this project also included pipe, fittings, insulation and sheet metal work.

 

Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas - Houston Branch

$2,400,000 Plumbing Contract

(2) Central Plant Relocations and Upgrades

Way Engineering was the plumbing contractor for the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas' Houston branch.

We were responsible for the relocation of two (2) central plants and upgrades for this 300,000 square foot facility

Total Plumbing contract was $2,400,000.
